Terms and Conditions of Use

Transactions

All online purchases and transactions are processed through 2Checkout.com, PayPal and Google Checkout.  Arabasil.com & thebaze.com and its administrators assume no liability or are responsible for lost or compromised credit card numbers.


Shipments and Returns


Your Order shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment (M-F).  Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS Standard mail and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, USPS Priority mail can be selected.  Tracking links will be provided for Priority Mail.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.


Replacement
s

  • Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 15 days of receipt.
  • Replacement will be made ‘in kind’ for the original item.
  • Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt.
  • Exchanges may be made for same merchandise only.
  • Shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We require that you e-mail us for pre-approval prior to returning merchandise for exchange.


Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice (that you printed from our web page) or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you.)


DVD Region


All DVDs are Region 1 and will only play in Region 1 or Region Free DVD players. Any DVDs purchased through the arabasil.com online store may not be exchanged or returned due to the nature of the DVD’s region.
